Attorney Battaglia has represented me in three WC cases over the past decade. She is a tiger and knows her stuff!!! She will fight for your rights under the law and doesn't back down from opposing counsel. I credit her that I don't have permanent partial paralysis of my upper body. She immediately petitioned to change my Doctor and got me the care and surgery I needed. I highly recommend her!

Alyson was wonderful to work with. I wanted to settle a workers compensation claim two years after I had incurred my work related injury and Alyson was immediately attentive and professional. On my initial consultation she took the time to listen to the complex details of my injury and answered my questions fully. She put me at ease and dealt with me sensitively, respecting my wishes that this should be a good process for all involved - I had been particularly lucky and had a great relationship with my adjuster and did not want things to get unnecessarily ugly.
