I highly recommend this firm if you ever need a work comp lawyer. Alyson was a pleasure to work with. From our 1st meeting thru the many emails and phone calls along the way. Within 3 months i got medical treatment reinstated, surgery approved and completed, and settled the case.

I can and will recommend the firm Legler, Murphy & Battaglia to anyone looking for excellent legal representation. Despite having to work around the Covid pandemic during the entire process, Ed Murphy and staff were still able to keep my Workmans Comp case on track. I was always kept informed on the progress of the case. I always got prompt answers to my questions and Ed did a great job of negotiating a settlement that I was happy with.
