My husband and I decided it was time to update our wills, living directives, and establish a trust. After some research, I found Worley Elder Law. They only do elder law so they are able to focus and be experts unlike so many others who are generalists. We met with the husband and wife team. We were immediately impressed by their professionalism and friendly demeanor. Jami (wife) is the attorney and her husband (Charles) handles all the paperwork and filing. The price was very reasonable for everything we got. They are also animal lovers and helped us ensure we considered our pets should they out live us.

We highly recommend Jami and Charles Worley for your estate planning needs. They work so well as a team. In addition. they are very competent, organized, compassionate and timely. We had been procrastinating for months on starting this process. We are glad we did and chose these personable elder law experts.

We learned about Worley Elder Law from our sisters who were highly satisfied with Jami and Charles. We made an appointment with the Worleys on December 1, 2020 to start the process of having a will, living will, power of attorney drawn up. After several email consultations with them, we signed our documents with the witness they provided on December 18, 2020. They provided us (my husband and myself) many documents to read/research and ensured that we understood all of the contents of those documents. Worley Elder Law provided us friendly, professional advice and speedy service. I highly recommend Worley Elder Law services and I did not get any kind of remuneration for this review.

I had made an appointment with another elder law attorney, but was looking for a better fit. When I found the Worley's website, I knew Jami and Charles were the people I was supposed to meet. Jami has been down this road before with her own family and she is a wealth of information. I live in North Florida and drove down to meet with them on a Friday. Jami expeditiously prepared emergency documents. Then, on Saturday, they both met me at the hospital to have my Dad sign paperwork while he was in the Covid wing. On Saturday! Not only are they professional, they are kind and sympathetic. They made me feel like family. I will continue to work with them in the future. I highly recommend Worley Law Firm!

I am thrilled I found the Worley attorneys to help draft a POA for my dad and me. When the bank wouldn't follow through with the POA , Jamie Worley drafted a letter to their legal department and got the problem resolved quickly. I wouldn't have been able to handle this on my own. I am so glad I had them on my side! The Worley's listen closely and followed up in a quick and professional manner. I highly recommend them. Losing a parent is never easy, especially when you live 1500 miles apart. After dad passed there were a few loose financial ends that required us to probate the will. My step mom had suggested using an Attorney they had used in the past. The number they quoted and the 3 to 6 month time frame seemed excessive. I contacted my Attorney in NY and asked if she would provide me a short list of qualified estate attorneys in FL. After phone interviewing several, I was compelled to use Worley Elder Law. They answered the phone immediately, offered a flat rate and said they could probate the will in weeks. Charles was concise, responsive, and professional leading to the best interaction I have ever had with a law firm. Their actions matched their words, and their price was a fraction of other firms as well. I would use Worley again in a heart beat and would recommend them to anyone.
