Upon meeting Ms. Golm, I was impressed with how quickly she was able to grasp the facts of the case. She asked very specific questions, which made me feel very confident. She explained how the procedure would work and what to expect along the way. She sensed my apprehension, but her knowledge made me feel that she "got it". I felt that she was listening to what I was saying, which was extemely important to me. I wanted someone representing me that understood all of the facts and was able to present them in an organized fashion. She gave me an outline of what she expected from me regarding time and paperwork. We set meetings that were to the point and stayed on point. I never felt that she was "running the clock". I also appreciated the way she dealt with the opposing attorney in the case, that my money wasn't wasted being antagonistic. I appreciate her professionalism and have recommended her to friends and collegues.
