I had already spoken to a few Lawyers before calling here. When I heard that an initial consultation was going to cost me $400, and starting price for a retainer was $5000 my jaw hit the ground. Nobody else in the area (3 others) offered me some free advice and retainer was less then half. The lady I spoke to tried to list all the accomplishments of the lawyer to rectify the cost.

I’ve unfortunately had to have numerous attorneys over the last 8 years. Each time my ex filed something I’d have to hire one. It wasn’t until this year that we found Ed. Very pleased with his work, we won my case because Ed was knowledgeable on the laws regarding the details involved whereas the other party was not. I hope I don’t need an attorney again but if I do I’ll go back to Ed Sobel and it’s nice to know I won’t have to search for another attorney should this happen again!
