He even worked out a fee schedule to suit my and my partner's needs. I called his office more than necessary because I'm a natural worry-er and no one was ever rude to me about it. I had a great impression of Esq. David Holland for when I first met him as an emergent consultation due to the fact that I was undergoing a garnishment. He advised me with options and did not push to go straight into bankruptcy, but I did make the decision to file chapter 7 due to the amount of debt I have accrued. I met with David Holland. He is extremely unprofessional. From our conversations related to bankruptcy, I don't believe he has the knowledge or experience in this area. I did not even notice a copy of JD in his office. Also, from my understanding, he uses a software to evaluate all of your finances, and you have to track down all of the information. So I am not sure what his value add is if a software will take care of all the paperwork, then I can save myself the fees and do the filings myself. I would not recommend him at all. I am also considering filing a complaint against him with the Florida bar.
