Impersonal and rude staff interactions
“Pour communication, rude and very ignorant and loaded with hate for no reason. I googled it and tried to call it for two days, a lady with a thick southern accent answered with prepotence that she won't deal with anyone that is a foreigner and doesn't have English has her mother tongue . I was totally shocked.”
