Two days before hearing, Hemness informs me that the guardian that we chose was rejected by the other party. I had no chance to meet or interview the guardian. Hemness took it upon himself to make the decision and bullied me into accepting his decision. I felt he was not fair and unhappy with his professionalism and temperament. As the petitioner, I felt the other side picked guardians that would not work on purpose. Ineptitude.
