I have been a client of the Law Office of Emma Hemness, P.A. for over 7 yrs. I am proud to write this review as they have helped me and my family through many things. Some easy and some not so easy. Everytime they say what they will do and get it done in a timely manor in the best interest of their client. I want to say thank you to everyone on staff that goes above and beyond with kindness.

I have been a client for over ten years and find their office to be great in their expertise. Ms. Hemness's office was able to obtain legal guardianship of my father, assist me in all my legal matters, and ensure that my needs were handled in a timely manner. I feel very grateful that I have been able to provide for my father and that he receives the proper care in his elderly years. I highly recommend this law firm for elderly care.

I did my will with Emma Hemnes and she was very helpful explaining the procedure and brought several things to my attention that I was not aware. She gave me plenty of time to ask her questions to make sure I understood what she was going to do. All of the staff very helpful and professional. I highly recommend the law office of Emma Hemness.

Emma was very personable, as well as professional and answered all the questions we had. Our signed Estate Documents were given to us in a legal binder, which was very nice.

Emma Hemness did estate planning for me and set up a special needs trust for my son. I found her to be kind, compassionate, intelligent and professional. There is much to be considered when leaving behind a child (at whatever age) who can't take care of himself. I have been blessed to have this young man in my life. Ms. Hemness thought of everything. She helped me to create a trust including a special needs trust and put together a living will. She helped me to consider end of life choices and create a power of attorney. The power of attorney will allow a family member an easy transition to administer my estate and help my son at my passing. She did all this while insuring my son would not be deprived of the social safety net that is helping him now. I am more than grateful to her for making something very difficult like this possible. I rest easier knowing I have done the best I can to protect my son.
