Dear Readers over a period of less than one year on a sensitive matter he then handled as an associate at Don Mcbath firm in Tampa; Luke was the primary person on my case. He was very thorough although production and fee oriented due to Don probably...Luke is smart and no doubt very very good and comfortable in court. When we dissolved our agreement with Mr. Mcbath i was put in a very hard place but Luke did take the time at no charge to followup with me and many many years later take my call give me some advise and make a curious refund of $20 to me - odd? I has aged and become sage v. the associate I first encountered and got a good lesson from a very complicated case and me a devil of a client. I think he is now on the best path. Realize he is thorough and that will cost but he is smart and efficient, likeable and a gentleman and a good smart business person. Overall he should become board certified and a mediator - otherwise a very very good man and attorney - and cheap at his then rates...he was a production mill working the other side with a fever pitch. He really was good but his boss not so much and that caused him to have a lot of issues with my case matter. Thank you Luke you deserve better.

Great attorney, sticks by you and becomes your Lion in court! Works with you on payments, he understands that whatever you are going through is going to drain financially. The expense will not be from your own council, but from all the other expenses that a case drags you through. Luke is not my first attorney, however if I initially went with him my case would have been over a lot sooner.

Mr. Mattson has been wonderful through the process of my relocation. Both he and his staff are courteous, knowledgable, and responsive. I can always expect a quick response in any situation. I hired Atty Mattson for my divorce. He offerend a no-charge consultation. He was referred to me from a co-worker. I could have been responsible for paying my ex-husband alimony for the rest of his life, but thanks to Atty Mattson's knowledge I am not responsible for alimony. Awful!!! I was going through a divorce with children, the ex had a big time attorney and I had Luke. All he did was the exact same as her the attorney. If they filed a motion he did the same, don't know if he was scared or what but needless to say he was a complete waste of my time and money. And when I told him I was out of money he advised me to go borrow some. I fired him, wish I would have done it sooner. I filed a complaint with the bar.

Luke was wondeful and helped me every step of the way with my divorce. Because of him, I now have full custody of my little girl. At the time, my ex-husband was uncooperative, I had tried for over 2 years to get him to sign divorce papers. With help from Luke and his staff, they were able to track him down(he was in hiding!), and got him to sign the divorce paperwork. Not only did I finally get divorced, but Luke was able to use his vast experience and negotiating skills to get my ex-husband to give me a totally uncontested final settlement(No fighting or arguing anymore!!!!), full custody, and a fair child support amount! I am so thankful I found an attorney that cared about me and my case! I only wish I would of found Luke 2 years earlier so that I would not have wasted my time chasing down my ex husband with no result! I highly recommend Luke to anyone that needs help navigating the treacherous waters of divorce! Luke and his staff were amazing and phenomenal, I couldn't have asked for anything more!

Because of Luke believing in a father that wanted to gain custody of his daughter, we now have her full-time. She was in a negative situation with her biological mother and as most people know, a father winning a custody battle is little to none. Luke and his entire staff believed in my husband and I and knew what a change of custody would do to benefit my step-daughter. Now she is a straight-A student and living happily! Luke was not only reliable and easy to talk to, but his level of professionalism was unsurpassed.
