There are honestly not enough stars for this review. It started with a consultation, in the consultation, Ms. Askew was not like every other money hungry attorney I had consulted with, she was honest and helpful from the start and even told me that I could possibly win the case without an attorney and helped guide me on what needed to be done, that meant the world to me because most attorneys would not say that because they want your business. After starting the case and being a little overwhelmed I hired Ms. Askew and let me just say, I thank the lord everyday that I found her because she took over my case like my child was her own. She left no stone unturned, was always available to me whenever I had questions or concerns about the case. I was kept up to date with every move that was made. She was very uplifting throughout the whole stressful process. She saved my relationship with my child and I could never thank her enough. If I could refer her to the world I would!!! I hope I never need her services again but if for some reason I do, I’ll be VERY confident!! Definitely highly recommended ! Honest, hard working, and loves what she does! On November 12, Shamika T. Askew served as my attorney in my domestic violence case that was filed against me almost 7 months after me and my wife split. She was awesome in the courtroom, very professional and saw right through my wife’s false allegations claims. She saved my life, career and everything else I could have lost in the process. Since relocating to Florida five years ago, we have been the recipients of three rear-end collisions, one in 2017 and two, July and December, in 2020. Bill Bowles was outstanding in his representation for us in the last two. He and his support team of Michelle Rimes and Jackie Abney were extremely compassionate, professional, responsive and helpful during the entire process anytime we had questions or issues that needed addressing. At no time did we feel like we were only a number with them but instead someone they really had an interest in helping to reach the best outcomes. We were advised to hire a 'large' firm in 2017 which we did. Unfortunately, we did not know of the Boohoff firm or Mr. Bowles then but can tell you, comparing the two, bigger is not always better. We will recommend Mr. Bowles and the Boohoff firm anytime we have the opportunity.
