So after consulting with Boohoff on 2 occasions over the phone about my medical malpractice case I was told that I definitely have a case and that they would definitely be able to help me. Then I get an email saying they aren't going to be able to help me. What a waste of time!

My case started just before the shutdown for COVID-19 and they still took great care of me through the whole process.
