Tom Gill is crooked! He took $500.00 from me and did absolutely no legal work in return. I was considering filing for divorce and then later decided not to utilize his services. He refused to reimburse my deposit. I have been a paralegal for seven years so I am fully aware of how a lawyer should practice. He does not follow the Florida Bar Rules and should be cited for taking money from people when no legal work was performed. Please accept this advice and select an attorney who is fair and adheres to the rules. Tom, in reply to your response. Your are a vile human being. Where is the bill for the services you performed? You could never produce one. I was a single mother and you had no problem taking money when no services were performed. The highly regarded attorneys I consulted with on this matter advised me to file a small claims suit against you. You are the one that will have to answer to your disgusting acts.
