I’m not one to leave reviews, but the personal care and commitment I received from Mr. Finnegan was above and beyond anything expected. They took my personal injury case when some of the bigger names wouldn’t. In fact, the mighty Morgan and Morgan told me there “wasn’t enough money in my case for them to take it”. I wasn’t seeking financial compensation, I just wanted help navigating medical care and insurance companies (and 7 months getting my car repaired). Mr. Finnegan was there every step of the way. He took care of all the details and really is an expert on his field. This is a top-notch practice!

I retained Michael Finegan for a relatively minor accident where the other driver wasn't insured. He explained my options thoroughly, and filed for reimbursement for my minor injuries through my auto insurance. When they failed to respond within the time allowed by law, Michael filed suit against Geico. Michael doggedly pursued the auto insurer and the company was complelled to admit they had acted in bad faith. The financial results were far beyond my expectations! Mr. Finnegan personifies the best of personal injury law and advocacy!

I was referred to Carman, Bevington & Finegan via a friend whom was very satisfied with their representation in the handling of their case. This is the worst attorney that you’ll ever have if you’re a minority please don’t trust these people they play with your money I had a lawsuit against a white person and they took their favor because they were a nurse and this lady hit me from the back driving 45 miles an hour this is the worst attorney they’ve had my case for at least six months and they haven’t done anything I got a broken foot and they refused to fix it so instead of fixing my foot they gave the case away worse attorney worst experience don’t ever trust these attorneys
