Don Golden knew exactly what the answer to my question was and could explain it quickly and clearly. He added an insightful, non-legal (and therefore free) suggestion on how to achieve the same outcome with less work and worry.

I filed Ch13 in 2015. I have dealt with Courtney Tinsley multiple times throughout the entire process. My discharge was in 2016. Just the other day I encountered an issue with a previous creditor and reached out to Courtney. She gave the necessary paperwork I needed for the creditor to prove that I did pay as I should have. I really appreciate her willingness to assist me and the quick response. I really appreciate her and the Golden Law Group.

Golden Law handle the case for me back in 2012. I was closing on a house yesterday and needed documents from that case that I no longer had. I called and spoke with Jenelle and advised her of the situation thinking there was no chance they would have the information needed on file as it was so old. Not only did she have the information right there when I call but she was able to get me a copy within minutes. And I forwarded that information to the mortgage company and we were able to close that day. They went above and beyond to help me out Five years after using their service.

Mr. Bromley and his team made the confusion of social security so much easier. I’m so thankful we worked with them. Tina, Jessica and the staff were, and continue to be, so helpful every step of the way and I would highly recommend them!
