Absolutely wonderful law group. They took all the stress out of my disability claim. Jennifer especially was absolutely wonderful to me during the whole process.

Highly unprofessional. A couple of weeks after having a consultation, I decided to to have Mr. Don Golden represent me in a debt collection lawsuit. I made the appointment to speak with him, all was good. The same afternoon his assistant calls to cancel the appointment because “my case doesn’t meet the legal federal requirements to be represented.” When asking what those requirements are, the assistant said “income, assets, etc.” So basically Mr. Golden doesn’t want to represent me because the case is not “big enough” - got it….. If Mr.Golden didn’t want to represent me, that’s fine just say so. No need to come up with some bogus “legal requirements to be represented.” I might not be a legal expert but I DO KNOW that cases DONT have to meet a requirement to have legal counsel.

I paid them over $5550 in legal fees and my case got dismissed so now I have a bankruptcy on my case and I’ll I still owe the creditors and that’s not the additional money that I paid through the trustees office

They advertised a free brief consultation but wanted a $600.00 retainer fee to even look at it. I guess the brief consultation was answering the phone.
