I called this attorney because he had a 4.9 star rating and a broad legal specialty. The paralegal answered the phone and I explained my matter. The matter involved a tree and my fence which I'm sure is very common. After the paralegal made me feel stupid for even calling she put me on hold to I assume paraphrase my story to the lawyer. When she returned she told me that the lawyer's case load was full and he wasn't taking on any new case. What really happened was that I was a waste of time for the lawyer and he couldn't be bothered with my case. After I asked if I could talk to the lawyer, the paralegal hesitated and said he was on the phone. Do not go to this guy unless you have a big money case because he doesn't like being bothered by the common folk.

I had some business related questions that Sean helped me answer. His firm was professional, courteous and responsive. They were extremely helpful in bringing my situation to a resolution and I can not recommend them enough!

I thought this lady would be a good attorney but she has a very rude secretary and I'm not sure it was a secretary that's being rude and these hard desperate times than people are going through I rather give my money to someone who will appreciate it and not make me feel like you need me I don't need you.

Mary Beth and Nicholle are amazing and got the job done! You need a team like this on your side while dealing with family court matters. I was going through a custody and child support battle. Me being 21 in the start of it all I was very anxious and fearful of which way this all would go. The baby mother who I barley knew was really trying to get everything she could out of me and out of the system. After just my first phone call with Mary Beth I felt more confident. She is very upfront and honest which I found to be real. Having Mary Beth with me in court made it all the better because she can be very nice but aggressive when needed. Nicholle who works along side with her is on top of it all! If I had a question or felt like I needed to get something across Nicholle was always there to answer me. Without me going to far into detail about my case I’ll leave it at this; if you are looking for a attorney HIRE MARY BETH! Do not waste your time calling around to other locations to see what they have to offer. Mary Beth is a fair cost for what she puts on the table! Hands down both Mary Beth and Nicholle helped get me where I am now. I can not thank them enough for that long 1.5 year they were by my side!

I had a very difficult case from the start. As a father, I was trying to file a supplemental petition for majority custody of our daughter. This petition was to overturn a final judgement from another county years prior. Mary Beth was straight with me from our first consultation, that supplemental petitions are extremely hard to win and without good evidence she didn't want to waste my time or money. Long story short she took the case. After a long battle of nearly two years the case was settled and I now have majority custody. Nicholle and Mary Beth have both been extremely responsive throughout the entire process. They always got back to me the same day and they always let me know if they were taking time off. This is almost unheard of from most other attorneys. I would definitely retain Mary Beth again if I ever needed legal representation in the future.

I had a very odd case where I had a warrant for 10 years and wanted to take care of it and turn myself in. I met with several attorneys who had retainers that were so unbelievably high and all said the same thing that I would have to be in jail for a few days. Mary was amazing and was able to get me probation and no jail time which was such a relief because I’m a mother of a special needs child and feared even missing a day with my daughter Mary was not only professional but also one of the most caring attorneys for her clients. I highly recommend her if you are searching for an attorney who truly wants the best for her clients. abd not just their money.

Having been through a divorce, I know how lawyers can nickel and dime you to death. This was not the case with Mary Beth when I needed representation for a separate matter with ex husband. Her retainer was reasonable and the case concluded before going over. I was satisfied with the outcome of my case and with both Mary Beth and Nicholle’s vigilance and hard work.
