AWESOME, AWESOME, AWESOME, This place Rocks. I had an immediate problem, needed to be addressed right away. Tried a couple friend referrals to other firms for 4 days and not one called back. Then I called Martin Lawn Firm, and wow these guys really heard me out and got back to me in less than 30 minutes with soooooo much help. AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME. THEY REALY DID CARE, didn't give me lip service and took the time with me to show they cared. Way to go. It's good to know there's at least one law firm in this area I now know I can count on. Set up appointment to talk about creating a trust and the attorney tried to talk me out of it. What a joke. I’ll clarify for you, it’s a complaint.

This has to be by far the worst firm for any legal representation. They have mis manage my bankruptcy by negligence after repeated emails. Beware of this firm and especially Jonathan he should be practicing any law. After mismanagement of my bankruptcy he took the law suit that followed and wasn’t able too. We’re currently working with a malpractice attorney to sue this firm. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

My fiancé and I met with Steven to discuss our financial future as we were recently engaged. We immediately warmed to his laid-back personality as he didn't steer us in a direction that would favor him making a profit. He took the time to listen to our current situation and didn't push us towards a plan that could possibly complicate things later on in life. Steven was incredibly honest and put us at ease. I would highly recommend him for one's legal counsel. Wonderful experience!

If you need a lawyer, I highly recommend the Martin Law Firm. Eviana and Steven helped me this past year with my probate case for my father. They were very knowledgeable with the legal side of everything, gave great advice on how to proceed through challenges, responded quickly when I had questions, and were just generally kind and trustworthy people. On top of everything, I live in Minnesota and my father's estate was in Florida, and they were able to navigate everything with ease from a distance. Finally, they kept me at ease with the process because they explained everything to me in a way that makes sense and walked me through every step of the way. You should definitely go with this firm if you are looking for one.

Called and communicated my general problem, went for the consultation, and he said he has no experience with the statutes and laws related to my case, was not even familiar with them, simply put if you don't practice or specialize in that type law I should of been screened at first phone call, like two other practices did, totally waste of my time and gave them money for absolutely nothing in my opinion

Receptionist was rude told me she wouldn’t take my case. She said I took too long to make my decision, when I was instructed by her to talk over the situation with my fiancé . { I call today 9/2/22 give her my information and she says she cannot find my name. She then asked me what was going on. I then spoke to her about what was previously spoken about, through who I thought was a different receptionist. I then explained what my situation was. She then stopped me and said "yes she does remember me stating that she spoke to me "weeks" ago". (last contact was from her 8/23/22). Through our first phone call I told her that I would talk it over with my fiancé who is at the time hospitalized due to this situation. She then told me that I could give her a call back when I have spoken it over with my fiancé. I agreed..... she did not give me a specific day of or time when to call her back, she then continuously reminded me that the phone calls where monitored and recorded. So with those statements made, I hope her superiors pull the call records for both dates. I was not being rude in any way, I can understand that maybe she was having a bad morning I was just caught of guard by the way she was going with the conversation. by not taking my case from my first phone call i recall that she did say that it sounds like it would be a really good case. She further more said that i should look elsewhere for a lawyer.

In Sept of 2021, I lost my Brother and Mother a week apart in Fort Myers, FL. Upon reaching out, it was not long before I was contacted by Steven Martin. Steven was great and assured me that they would take care of all my legal needs and do their best to make everything as smooth as possible. After forwarding needed documents, I received a call from Steven’s Wife and Partner Evaina. Evaina was easy to work with and very knowledgeable. She kept an open line of communication and was very responsive any time I reached out to her. I can not emphasize enough how professional, caring, and kind Evaina was throughout this difficult time.
