They blew my case completely! Just wasted my time and energy...no help whatsoever. Communication low level... almost impossible to talk to anybody. Feel like I'm by myself and office don't care about case. Stay away!!!

Fabulous staff and knowledge.

Avard Law Offices did a fantastic job with my personal injury case a few years ago. The staff was honest about the case timeline and was easily accessible throughout. I liked that the lawyer was able to explain everything to me in a way I could understand.

Communication with Avard Law's Cape Coral office is a serious problem, they rarely return my phone calls. For example, I called Monday morning 7/3/17 and left message, it's now Friday 7/7/17 and still no return call. Just one of many, and I won't mention names. Their 48 hour call back policy may as well be 48 days. Besides, I don't make frivolous phone calls. I'm really glad I kept a call and fax log since day one. Maybe it's because I've had six different legal experts working my case the past two years. Or maybe, they feel I'm just not important enough to be bothered... Monetarily speaking, Avard did very well considering the services I received.

I am currently using advair attorneys for my disability and they have been amazing about calling me when have questions for me about my case.. there great about helping me answer any and all questions and forms from the social security office . There just in point for me and my disablity . They help me with all my questions.my concerns . I haven't worked in 5 years due to health reasons . And I'm scared death of not getting approved and advair firm has never once guarantee me my disability but has made me feel comfortable enough to feel strong enough to definitely do all they can to fight for me .

Originally I was with Morgan & Morgan and before my first hearing they just randomly dropped through a letter without ever explaining why. Apparently they considered me not worth the investment. Avard Law, however, took my case without delay. When I called I could never remember who I needed to talk to because of my disability and they never made me feel unwanted or burdensome. If they weren't able to talk to me right away they almost always contacted me by the end of the day or at the very least within 48 hours. The way they defended me was done beautifully and I couldn't be more happy to have been under their wing. I won my case after the second hearing appeal and the relief is overwhelming.
