Through the knowledge, and expertise of attorney Michael Sexton and case manager Kimberly I was approved for disability. I can't say enough about how talented they are. Highly recommend this firm.

Very poor representation. I won my case on my own and they still wanted their %.

I wanted to get an attorney for my father who has been fighting his case for 2 years but the attorney said that they didint want to take his case I guess they didint see him winning.. well I represented my father myself without having a clue on anything and got him the win and the 2 years back pay! I think avardlaw only want to take super way cases 🤦‍♂️

Never again, I did everything, They mixed my information and I wasn't explained thoroughly about the process at all and what to do at my court day, Avard law barely did anything and was regretful the day after the court day on my choice in choosing them, No matter what. Look for another Law office unless you want to do everything and be represented poorly. My review is based on my experience with the law office and the way I felt therefore no one have the right to say otherwise. They did poorly in my court day and ended up letting me go as a client after they knew they couldn't represent me as they should have. My name is Luis Rivera I obviously am using my nickname and second name Daniel check your records right because I was represented by you, this to show that they end up using whatever they can to invalidate anyone's opinion and poor experience with them which is in fact highly unprofessional.

Disappointing. I worked with them for 3 years on my SSI case and spoke to my lawyer once. I was constantly having to follow up and then just handle things myself while they lost contact. They claimed to not have my updated address despite it being on the letter from SSA that was sent to them. They said my case was dropped after they got payment last year and I would have to pay them $4500 to appeal the new decision made by SSA despite it being a decision that would affect them as well. Incompetent and lazy. Do not choose this lawyer for disability. They will blame the government for any delays and do nothing in the the mean time.

When I first realized that I had to file for disability I looked on the internet for law firms that handled disability cases and Avard Law had come up in my area so I immediately called them and they took the case I didn't have a clue on how to fill out any of the paperwork and I was getting so confused the staff explained things to me so I could understand . I ended up winning my disability benefits with only two months back pay. So I told the case worker I wanted to file again for the months awaiting to be officially determined to be disabled when my hands were deforming 3 years ago when I first filed and have been out of work since they immediately got on my case and filed the appeal which we are still in determination. Mr Michael g Sexton and the caseworker Kimberly No matter what the outcome I know that Mr Sexton and his staff did everything that they possibly could on my behalf he really impressed me at the hearing he generally cared so I would recommend using Avard Law firm to anyone. Thank you all !

To this point award law has been professional and intent on getting me the best possible outcome.This process is stressful and overwhelming but they have limited the paperwork and this alone has helped emencely.thank you and God bless.
