Use extreme caution!!!! Actually do not use these guys They are unprofessional and very sloppy I was sent some other persons complete file with his personal financial information including investment information, account numbers, incomes and Addresses of his residences in more than one State, Phones numbers. Emails and the list goes on and on Sloppy data breach? I have contacted the Florida Bar on this company and my horrible lawyer as this is a breach of confidentiality at its best!! I hope this company and especially my lawyer lose their entire business and banned from practice as they should be My ex lawyer Peter Sekulic in my opinion had no clue how to practice law and this just reaffirmed my thoughts all along This guy whom I was paying actually told me to go find the information I was paying him to do He actually had many times referred to the case with information that was either not mine or was so incorrect that I was t even sure who knew what his job was I also have record of dozens and dozens of emails I sent to him with no replies and with speaking to the individual whose information I received it sounds like he has a very similar story with the same lawyer and law firm It also came to my attention that this law firm dropped this person from their caseload after finding out about this I asked this law firm how many people were sent my personal information and they said none….. how would they even know that? They had no clue I had files sent to me Very very sloppy work If you’re not concerned about getting a competent lawyer or who this law firm may send your private and personal information to then I assume this place will be just fine This should scream stay away UPDATE: Read their reply They disagree with SOME of my claims I’m me, I can provide evidence for every comment I placed on this site and all they can say is they disagree? Shame on this so called law firm I have a strong feeling that the board will have words for them and hopefully strong actions Tell me….. why would they drop the paying client who had his information compromised? I think they’re scrambling to do a cover up but I have tons of documents and other evidence that hopefully gets rid of Peter Sekulic and his boss all in one fell swoop That would make my day as they totally ripped me off and as mention. Pete couldn’t even do his job and seemed confused who he was representing Maybe he had the wrong files as well?? Below is a copy of one of their reply’s. And I’ll say it was more than a file.
