I hired Attorney Ginine Hanco almost 4 years ago. My case was one one that had been turned down by numerous big name attorneys in the Ft Myers area. In fact Ginine took my case from an attorney that took my retainer and decided to no longer practice family law after 6 months of no activity. Relocation cases outside state boundaries are nearly impossible to win. Ginine was empathetic to my children and I. She was more importantly 100% dedicated to my case and my childrens future. Her knowledge, professionalism, and passion for children won my case. She is not the hot headed type of attorney to spout off in the courtroom which is extremely important. She will get her point across and will argue to win. Ginine was able to help me choose the battles that were worth the fight and not be petty out of spite. I was able to give my daughters their wish and I could not have done it without Ginine by our side. My case even went to the State Supreme court on appeal and was denied an appeal as it was handled properly. Relocation cases are complex, but Ginine knew the statutes inside out. I would highly highly recommend Ginine Hanco!

Attorney Hanco represented me during a very contentious two year long divorce and custody disagreement. During that time she gave me sound legal advice and pointed me towards several resources which have remained useful tools I used long after the final judgement was issued. Calls and emails were returned promptly and information was forwarded in a timely manner. I always felt confident that the person representing me cared about my case. In fact, during our trial, the judge even commented in open court that my attorney had emphatically represented me during the pre-trial meeting in chambers and more than earned her fees for the day. I hired this Ginnie over 2 years ago to handle my divorce. My case was not easy because my Ex did not want to sign and was being difficult. She worked with me and was always patient and understanding. I could call her at anytime and she was always available. She was very knowledgeable and always answered my questions.
