I went to the Mens Rights Law Firm with the stress of the world on My shoulders, and lack of confidence. I was involved in a "complicated" Disestablishment of Paternity Case against My Ex-wife. My previous representation, I got rid of for lack of knowledge, and milking me for every dime.... NOT HERE! I met Mr. Irwin at My scheduled consultation. While I do not ever judge a book by its cover, this time I did. He was courteous, knowledgeable & professional. Most important he was HONEST and UP FRONT! Through My 5 months of having him represent me, the communication was there. The law firm was always in contact with me. My concerns were never disregarded and always addressed. After 2 long court sessions, and a 7 Hour trial, Mr. Irwin WON My Petition & My Case! It was one of his most complicated ones that he has ever worked on. While he expressed doubt through the process, he did not throw in the towel. In trial, he went to the mat for me. He fought hard, and even had a few curve balls in my defense on cross examination. If I ever had to go through this roller coaster again, there is NO ONE other than MATT IRWIN whom I would want to be on My Side! I strongly recommend him, and if giving him 100 stars was an option, I would. Look NO FURTHER!

Best decision and investment I have ever made. I won’t lie. I was afraid and skeptical, when I had to face the situation that I was put in. There are many law firms that specialize in Family Law, but I was looking for something to have some empathy when it came down to the human-relation aspect to the attorney-client relationship. I was lost. I came across the Men’s Rights Law office number by chance. I decided to schedule an appointment just to hear where I would legally stand, what my real options were, and just to sort the wheat from the chaff when it came to paternal rights. This might sound funny (hopefully not sexist), but when I was offered the initial counsel, I specifically asked for a female attorney, reasoning that as a woman, she would be able understand and call the “bluff” on the opposing parties legal claims, women emotionally-based reasoning and point-of-view…and how right I was!!! I was informed that I would be working with attorney Ginine Hanco and her assistant Milly Blanco. I couldn’t have asked for a better group of people to have in my corner during one of my most trying times. They were always fair and honest. They were always constantly updating me on the case status. Milly made sure to always keep me in the loop of things, which is very important in situations like this. It helps put one’s mind at ease, were patience is paramount. They are a very responsible and professional legal team. Not only did Attorney Ginine Hanco assisted me redact and develop a very fair Paternity and Child Support (for the minor involved), but she got me everything I requested…and more!

When no one else would take our case, she was the one who took the time to listen and represent us. She worked out case for five long years and never gave up on us or the case.

Many times when you are hiring an attorney it is for something that you do not often experience. Such as divorce, which was my case. Ginine was very helpful to me in getting through this unfamiliar and emotional event. She responded promptly to my calls and emails.
