Ginine and Milly were top notch and totally exceeded my expectations. They went above and beyond to be sure my divorce went smoothly and successfully. After a long separation with my former spouse, I was served with divorce papers. I knew that it was time to pick the best team to go and bat for me to defend my rights as a dad and to protect my future. Matt called me immediately and put me at peace that they will do everything within their power to get things rectified and to come to best outcome possible. As with any litigation, the outcome is not guaranteed but they were all in to get the best results. Ginine Hanco and Millie went at it from the beginning and never took no for an answer until an agreement was reached. I had to bring as much effort into it as they did and they took all my stipulations in consideration til the very end. After a year, I was once again served with papers, and once again, Matt and the team was there to answer for me and to back me up. The resolution came rather quickly. I had a very difficult separation and Ginine and Milly were there in my court the whole way! She was very firm yet level headed and helped me keep my cool at times. I can’t say enough about this Firm. Ginine Hanco was a fantastic attorney to have in my corner! Day or night she was there. The numerous curve balls thrown at me were easily rectified. Things I that I thought were the end of the world; she Reassured me and handles it with calm! Her assistant Milly Blanco was just as hard working and a pleasure. First , I’d like to express how vastly and very family Sensitive my case was....far from common. Mrs. Fagan and Mrs. Hayes were nothing short of extraordinary, with work on the highest level of professionalism, promptness, thoroughness and when it came time for my Trial, Attorney Fagan was amazing in presenting all and nothing but hard facts aggressively! In a divorce, material items are expendable; however, the love and bond between a father and his child is priceless. When I met Attorney Taylor Fagan and her Paralegal Julie Hayes, I was distraught because I was engaged in an up-hill child custody battle. My former attorney had me sign a temporary child custody agreement, which he had assured me would be temporary, but 11-months later I was in court fighting for shared parental responsibility and custody. During the separation, my ex-wife had my child 80% of the time. Consequently, this time/sharing structure led to parental alienation of my child. At trial, my ex-wife and her attorney argued for a 70/30 time sharing schedule which was absurd because there wasn't anything in my record that prohibited me from performing my duty as a father. My ex-wife's plot to impeach my character was futile. At my request for a divorce, my ex-wife had abducted my child and filed fraudulent domestic violence in retaliation. Attorney Taylor Fagan's cross-examination of my ex-wife during trial was meticulous and ingenious to the point where opposing counsel and petitioner were dumbfounded. Attorney Fagan exposed inconsistencies in my ex-wife's plot and lies. Ultimately, the judge gave me shared responsibility (50/50) of my child and I even received the house as well. Attorney Fagan and Julie Hayes have always returned my incessant phone calls and emails on time. They have been very respectful, disciplined and extremely competent. Most importantly, they were sympathetic to my feelings. The motive behind their actions was not money, but proving outstanding client service. My daughter is the air that I breathe. Attorney Fagan and Julie Hayes have made it possible through their efforts for me to have peace of mind.
