These are top notch people! The entire staff. They make you feel like your part of their family. Ginine Hanco is a friendly and knowledgeable Attorney. And aggressive. Your concerns are her concerns. Her assistant Milly is also friendly and knowledgeable. The whole staff I can't say enough good things about. Communication is an A++. I HIGHLY recommend them as your attorneys.

Near the end of 2016, my wife and I decided to file for divorce. On January 2017, I hired an attorney to file for divorce and start the process. I was really hoping to file first, but we were beat to the punch by my ex-wife's lawyer. This was one of the first signs to me that this lawyer was not working out. Although she was a very nice and friendly person, I felt that there was also a conflict of interest with her and my ex-wife's lawyer. Shortly after our first mediation, I again felt that she was not the right lawyer for me and she was out lawyer-ed. I began to do my research and found The Men's Rights Law Firm. I called and made an appointment to meet with their staff. The day I came into the office of The Men's Rights Law Firm, I sat with Matt Irwin. I explained my case and how important it was due to the specifics. Although, not what I thought at the time to be a difficult case, the dynamics would certainly change with time. I explained my experience with my previous lawyer. Matt made me feel like he really understood my situation and what would be coming up and what to expect. I hired TMRLF and although they are not the cheapest, I felt that I needed a good lawyer representing me as things were about to get seriously ugly. Soon after hiring TMRLF, their team sprung into action. They got all my paperwork from my previous lawyer and quickly scheduled a deposition of the wife and really showed a level of interest on my behalf. As I mentioned, things began to get very ugly. Most contested divorces tend to get ugly at some point and this was no exception. Mr. Irwin assigned my case to Larry Smith (my lawyer) and one of his paralegals. So, for the next year, Larry and TMRLF worked on motions, and were getting ready for trial. Yes, this divorce went to trial. This divorce was and is still a nightmare. As trial approached, the opposing lawyer began to create smoke and mirrors and did whatever they could to discredit me and my testimony. Larry worked on my case as best as he could considering the circumstances. I met with Larry and Mr. Irwin and explained what the opposing lawyer was trying to do. During the trial, the opposing lawyer did everything she could to ruin my reputation and cast doubt on my side. I can't get into the details of my case, but needless to say, the ruling was very harsh and not in my favor. The financial and parent sharing ruling were devastating! When the dust settled after trial, I reached out to The Men's Right's Law Firm and spoke with Mr. Irwin. He was very concerned about the outcome of this divorce. Mr. Irwin was generous with his time discussing our options and will continue to work on my case. I am currently rating this law firm 4 stars, however, this rating may change depending on the next course of action. To be continued...

Without going into personal detail, Matthew was able to quickly and efficiently get me the results I wanted. His team handled my case with the expertise I expected and answered any legal questions I had. Their skill set along with after hours communication was well worth the slight additional cost compared to other firms who I feel would not haven't taken care of me as well.

A total waste of money. Mishandled my case dropped me as a client immediately after court leaving me defenseless turned out they never checked to see if my ex was ever a client to the 4th lawyer they gave me and he was threatened by my ex's lawyer to drop me then or be reported. Wasted thousands now no more $ to fight kids are in danger.
