Mr. Altieri is very knowledgeable about the legal system (defense and prosecution). He helped guide our family through the whole courtroom process. Our family liked the personal touch he gave. He made us feel like part of his family. He makes himself available by phone or through email to answer any questions. Throughout the whole process he was very upfront about what we needed to do and the potential outcomes that could happen. In our case the worst outcome could have been two years in jail and a $10,000 fine. The final outcome negotiated by Mr. Altieri was probation, counseling, community service, withhold adjudication, and no fines. He is excellent at knowing the unwritten policies of the courtroom and I have full confidence if we had to go to trial Mr. Altieri would have won.
