Colette Rodgers is an outstanding lawyer. Her concern for her clients is unparalleled. In my own search for a divorce lawyer, I was extremely frustrated dealing with multiple lawyers who lacked overall divorce law knowledge and their inability to inform me of all my legal options pertaining to the custody of my son. Colette was the only lawyer that had the knowledge and experience I was looking for who also really cared about my situation. She is a true professional. I highly recommend Rodgers Law Firm to anyone looking for a hardworking, knowledgable and caring lawyer. Colette Rodgers is one of the best if not the best divorce lawyer in SW Florida period.

Better then I could imagine! I'd give more than 5 stars if possible!

Colette was opposing counsel in my divorce. While I completely understand that it is her job to represent her client, she had astonishingly zero regard for the best interest of our special needs minor child. Her suggestions to my ex husband were unethical and honestly, absolutely disgusting. She came in with no facts and seemingly had no problem stating lies as facts. She clearly did not research the case on her end. She could have easily done a simple clerk of court search to get basic information that she was absolutely clueless about. She did not respond until my attorney filed for default judgements. Her initial petition was so bare bones that I felt sympathetic for my ex that this was the quality of his legal representation. I know that he shelled out thousands for her service and her level of professionalism was way below par for that kind of money. If I were in his shoes, I would claim ineffective and unresponsive counsel. I am extremely happy that it is over, but I would hate to see another family go through an unnecessary Triple mediation with this attorney. Best wishes to those out there searching for good representation. My suggestion is to keep looking if this attorney is where you’ve found yourself!

Extremely lazy doesn’t follow through with filing motions for her clients

I highly recommend Colette. She was very knowledgeable, prompt, responsive, fair rates, she would do what I wanted her to do even if she advised against it, and she adjusted her style as necessary to best represent me. Colette is awesome!

Words cannot express the gratitude I hold for Colette and Kristen! Despite the heartache she must be feeling over the tragic and unexpected death of her own husband (on Thanksgiving Day of all days) Colette and her paralegal, Kristen continue to address every concern in a timely and professional manner. While I can’t imagine any divorce to be pleasant, Colette made this process seamless. I would recommend her services in a heartbeat.
