I came into her law firm in the spring of last year, just for advice, as a military spouse in need. My father recommended her and he has lived here for a long time. She advised me to change my residence to Florida, since I was now living with my father, and told me to wait for the 6 months. I did everything she told me. When the time came, I was able to serve my husband, while he was in Florida, to pick up his belongings, therefore making Florida the state we filed in. She is brilliant, plans ahead, and thinks of everything angle. She looks out for her client and will argue for everything that is deserved. No one knows everything, and she worked hard to understand the military system, she went way out of her comfort zone, especially since my spouse was overseas and had decades of service. It was complicated where the military was concerned, and she was able to ask the right questions to make both parties agree while a world apart. She knows how to make everything fall into place, most importantly, in your extreme time of need. I'd trust her with any future family issues, she is my first call.

What can I say? By far the best attorney I've ever dealt with. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She presented well-thought-out and well articulated arguments at all my hearings. She never over promised and never under delivered. I had been dealing with custody issues for over 10 years and went through a few lawyers. I wish I found Colette sooner. Hopefully I never need her again but if I do she's my first call!

Should be disbarred. Goes over and above if you are a man. Helps you falsify your information so you don't have to pay child support , goes along with lies. Helps you build on your lies so he can get out of paying for minors. Will trade services with you if you are a man. She really goes the extra mile!!

Totally Amazing! The best Divorce Attorney you could ask for! Colette and Kristen are an amazing team to work with. I was so upset and frustrated with the first attorney I hired. I quickly fired him and went to Colette. She hit it out of the ball park, hands down! Fighting tooth and nail for me, she legit destroyed opposing counsel when it came to court. Colette was very hardworking on my family law case. She was realistic and always let me know realistically what I would be looking at but fought to make sure it went in the best interest of the child. Collette was unbelievably amazing through my whole experience from beginning to end with my divorce. She for sure knows her stuff and explained everything to me step by step. She was phenomenal in court and I didn't even have to do much because she did it all. I would highly recommend her yo anyone. Terrible Communication, Rude and has a Major attitude !! I made the first appt with her about an adoption for my 2 boys, She was nice on the initial visit, She did not have all the answers and had to do some research before she could agree to handle my case. She emailed me the that she could handle the case with a range of date and time to meet again. I replied to her I could meet as soon as possible and had another question and sent at 9:30 am Friday Jan 13 again Sat 14 with no reply. On Mon 16 I sent the last email asking why she will not reply. I finally called the Office and talked to staff and they set up an appt on Wed 18. During that time she still did not reply to 3 emails over 5 days. We arrived at the appt and after few minutes I told her my concern that once we paid and she was working the case if she would be hard to contact and would not follow up on my case. She just made excuses how busy she has been and if I do like it to find someone else and that is what I decided to do. VERY RUDE, She obviously is on a power trip but will not get my money or business The least she could have done was have her secretary call and say she was busy but set up an appointment. If an Attorney refuses to reply and not answer email and not even reply to make appt before they are hired I can only imagine it probably get worse once she gets money.

Attorney Colette Rodgers represented me during my divorce. She is very smart and tough when it is needed. She is though a very compassionate person who understands how tough going through a divorce is. I highly recommend her.
