I had three very bad experiences with previous lawyers. I did a lot of research before I called Sam. Key to me calling him was the content of the other reviews found here. As it turns out I didn't actually retain his services--in large part due to the fact that he was honest and forthright enough to explain that his area of comfort and expertise was actually not what I needed. He spoke to me for a significant amount of time over the phone while extremely ill. He called a peer to refer me to and actually called me back with that information just like he said he would. Even though I didn't actually hire him I would highly recommend him. He was extremely personal, respectful, compassionate and H.O.N.E.S.T. And as a complete laginappe--he's from Mississippi. Sam, God Bless You! You give me hope for your profession.

I have used lawyers in the past and none has compared to Sam. If I had a question he was always very quick to respond back. He is not your tipical lawer, he talks to you in a way that is easy to understand. It was a pleasure to do business with him.

I have dealt with many attorneys over the years and have to let everyone know that the law firm of Quick & Fisher are the finest examples of hard working, honest, and sincere people you will ever meet.
Once they take you on as a client, you can rest assured that they will consider you family and treat you with that kind of respect, and honesty.
They are both men of their words and will look out for you.
Trust them and feel lucky to have them.
All the best.

I would definitely recommend Sam Fisher as your bk attorney. He's ( besides being a very nice and caring young man) a very to the point and competent attorney. He walked me through the whole process and kept me informed every step of the way. He was more like a family member than a lawyer. He made this bad experience a lot less stressful.
