I cannot express enough positive things about this firm. I was in a collision back in 2018 and the first lawyer I hired dropped my case. I went to this firm as I should have done from the beginning. Benjamin and Rose took great care of my case. They responded to any and all questions and were very clear on the process. Benjamin was a very firm dedicated lawyer. I highly recommend this law firm!

I called 4 days prior to my scheduled appointment, stopped by filled out all the paperwork, answered all their questions, my suggested lawyer was Trisha, her assistant mentioned she wasn't busy on the day of my appointment all was good. Ok Im just about to step out the door for my appointment, the phone rings, sure enough she couldn't make the appointment, 20 minutes before my appointment is when they decided to call? I called this law firm in a difficult and confusing time when I had no idea how complicated and painful a car accident with permanent injuries can be. From the first phone call until the very end, about all the staff that I interacted with I have only good things to say. Ben Lusk is a professional lawyer that thinks through the process, doesn't stumble on obstacles, works with the facts and has very good intuition and logic. He is beyond polite, takes all the time that it needs to explain, to teach, to guide without being ever judgmental or pushy. He worked the whole time for my best interest and his assistant Rose was always there for me with the best answer when I called or emailed. We kept in touch for almost two years and basically Ben got my case from an incorrect "at fault" position to winning the maximum. Without his help I wouldn't have been able to win, I would have probably ended up in trial and/or debt. I would absolutely recommend Ben and his team to anybody. This is a law firm with reputation for over 30 years and if someone is in need of a lawyer that remembers who you are when you call and say your name, this is the place! Otherwise you can just be seen as a dollar sign at the "big law firms". It was a pleasure meeting and working with Ben and Miss Rose and I have to mention that outside of being efficient and goal centered they have a good sense of humor.
