This review is pertaining to small claims court only: Dont let them talk you into represention from the “loser pays court costs and attonrey fees” perspective, WRONG. Work out all FINAL COSTS before you head to court. Had three different final bills within a week and the last one had the 3$ parking fee on it which probably gets written off come tax season... Represention was mediocre (entire case was already built and you’ll pay as if you’re on a felony criminal case) and when it came to defending the point of loser paying “attorneys fees” there was little to no rebuttle. All in all if the law is on your side, do the small claims thing yourself. You shouldnt wind up negative from WINNING a judgement.
