I am not sure where to start here. I lost my home to a fire in Feb. 2021. I was denied coverage by my carrier. After an unsuccessful journey with a PA, I reached out to Quattrochi, Torres and Taormina Law Firm. Jessie Diaz took over my case around December of 2021. This has been a long, drawn out complicated battle. It seemed my case was going nowhere for a very long while. Thankfully Jesse carried my case until we finally reached a settlement agreement. This law firm was awesome to deal with on my roof insurance claim. They attorney Jessie and his office crew was so helpful and very responsive when I had any questions for them. We hired them to fight our homeowners insurance company when we hit a brick wall and they would not take responsibility of replacing my whole roof due to extensive wind and hail damage from previous storms. They got the job done and I will be getting my new roof installed in a few weeks. I would highly recommend them. Thanks Again!!!

They were amazing my case had a lot of complications with the other party and the majority of it was during Covid lockdowns and the attorneys were great throughout the process. They answered all questions I had dealing with legalese. Walked me through with clear information and even when I felt like it wasn’t going to work out they fought and we won the case. I had a very informative discussion with Joe Taormina. It was basically a cold call giving him very little time to prepare for our conversation. His knowledge and professionalism made it clear from the onset that even though he had little time to prepare, he was spot on and knew exactly what I was going through. We discussed various options that were available to me, all the while encouraging me to do a cost benefit analysis. What was I prepared to put in, and what were the potential outcomes? Does the math add up in your favor and is this course of action in your best interests? These were the types of questions and scenarios we discussed. On the surface Joe felt that I had a very strong case but left the final decision to me. No pressure tactics or no arbitrary deadlines. Joe is professional, knowledgeable and courteous.
