Katerina Kubatova helped us in so many more ways than just our immigration case. She gave us confidence and peace of mind through a difficult process. Over the last five years we have waited for action from the USCIS. We asked Congresswoman Val Demmings office for help and her office made official inquiries I believe about 8 times with no effect. We had consultations with three or four other lawyers over the years and for one reason or another we were never convinced that they were out for anything other than their fees, or their plans were not viable. All but one of the lawyers we spoke with were from the Orange County Bar Association lawyer referral program. We found Katerina through a friend who we trusted and we are so happy that we listened to her. Katerina had a clear plan and solid reasonable methods for working through the technical difficulties with our case. These difficulties were not hard to dismiss, it's more about access to the immigration officers that is the hardest part. Katerina has a good working relationship with the Orlando field office and this is probably what helped us most in receiving action on a stagnant case. In a relatively short time after retaining Katerina, our case was solved. Today, my wife and step-daughter are new Permanent Residents on their way to citizenship. Thank you Katerina!

I do not advise anyone to contact Ekaterina and her company, absolutely incompetent specialists. I turned to them with a question of political asylum, they filed a 589 form, I did not receive any answers from her for questions that arose in the process, the services are expensive, they ask for money for each additional question. She promised to help in obtaining a driver's license, after a while they stopped picking up the phone, called back and answered that Ekaterina did not physically have time to fulfill her obligations. I do not advise anyone to contact, I am upset, I spent a lot of money and time for nothing Никому не советую связываться с Екатериной и ее компанией, абсолютно некомпетентные специалисты. Обратился к ним с вопросом политического убежища, подали 589 форму, по вопросам которые возникали у меня в процессе ответов от нее я не получил, услуги стоят дорого, за каждый дополнительный вопрос просят денег. Пообещала помочь в получении водительского удостоверения, по прошествии времени перестали брать трубку, перезвонили и ответили что у Екатерины нет физически времени для выполнения своих обязатеств. Никому не советую обращаться, я огорчен, потратил уйму денег и времени в пустую

Justin help me in the right direction and down the right path to take when it came to custody of my daughter i followed everything he told me to do. My case has been sitting for about 3 years just stuck couldn’t go anywhere now thanks to him the case with my daughter is right where it should be now and not stuck.
