Attorney Bano was very effective in interaction with both the opposition and the accused individual. He was very responsive to phone calls and questions from everyone. He shoots straight, but he's compassionate. He's, clearly, extremely bright, as he had thought through every potential obstacle before questions were even asked. Avoiding a jury trial, he negotiated a six year as opposed to twenty-five to life. It was Just for the circumstances of the defendant. I would, definitely, hire him if he worked in my area

I called for assistance and information from this office. I made an appointment to speak with this attorney. I missed his call by a few minutes as I was receiving calls from different agencies and was in the middle of a conversation. It couldn't have been more than 10 minutes that passed, and I called him back to explain the missed appointments. Before I could apologize, he berated me on the phone, was extremely angry and rude, and didn't give me a chance to explain why I couldn't get to the call. Instead of acting like a professional, he reacted inappropriately treating me like a second-class citizen. I would have been fine if he in a mature and in control manner spoke with me man to man that he wasn't going to help me. Instead, he showed he has serious anger, temper tantrum and entitlement issues. I'm glad he showed his true colors up front. Why would I want to hire someone with rage and impulse problems. No good. Save yourselves the headache and find a professional lawyer who cares about you, not one who puts you on a timer and is already counting the dollar signs. If you can't handle the heat or don't have the patience with people, don't offer or do this line of work. Period.
