I had attorney Daniel Elkins and he was nothing short of amazing. He helped me with a divorce and child custody and was extremely helpful with everything. He made it very easy for me with all the paperwork that needed to be filled out and signed. Whenever I had a question he did not hesitate to call or email back as soon as he possibly could. Daniel Elkins and his father Alan are a superb legal tandem. Daniel's honest business practices and compassion coupled with Alan Elkins 40 years of legal experience helped me through the most frustrating and debilitating situation I have ever faced. They even went above the call of duty, hand delivering documents to me when my computer was down and I was too depressed to get out of bed. I recommend this firm as top in Florida!
