I live outside the area and I had a house in Dixie County with code violations and an unresponsive tenant she was able to. In short order, clear up the problem with the county, evicted tenant and make sure the house was cleared out and free of code violations, set me up with a local Real estate agent.and was very thorough and diligent through the entire process. Jennifer kept me informed every step of the of the way and alleviated any worries or concerns that I had. I would most definitely recommend Jennifer. And if ever need I would use her services again, thank you.

When I came to Jennifer I was an emotional wreck. My husband had just died with no will and massive farming debt. We had been together for 27 years and I was lost. I had 4 grown stepsons that had never been completely on their own and felt they we're entitled to everything except the debt. She helped me find solutions for the mortgages that were threatening to take everything. She was very intelligent and knows her probate law. She was very efficient in court and always got her point across. I was very impressed, by the time the estate closed I was much stronger and in a much better position.
