John McGuire, Larry Hoffman, & Gino Menga are the resident attorneys at this firm, specializing in different areas of law. Their multiple para-legals, receptionists, and other office personnel are both courteous and professional. I have been represented by their firm in two different legal arenas, and my girlfriend was also represented by their firm in a lawsuit stemming from a traffic accident. We are obviously satisfied with their level of service, or we would not have hired them three times. The initial consultation is free. Make an appointment, and see for yourself. We especially like their military service backgrounds, and great personal/professional connections in the Tampa/St. Pete/Clearwater area. Mr. McGuire also owns and operates a local restaurant, creating even more jobs for the community. They are highly recommended.

This law firm is a joke. I was told after my accident that IF they driver of the other car did not have insurance there would be an asset check. I was told that they would do everything they could. I did not have uninsured motorist and made them aware of this. I wasn't in a "brand new car" either. After the final police report came out, they dropped my case because "I didn't not have U/M" Thanks for nothing. Its okay. I have another law firm that took my case. Glad to know that there are still some law firms that work for the people and not just themselves. Overall.... I would advise that someone do their research first. They don't have a big fancy building for no reason. I am sure that individuals that "have insurance " in both parties this law firm would like that. that is the ideal situation Although I do feel lied to about what they could do, it is okay. What goes around comes around.
