My lawyer Mr. Kenny passed away a year before I even found out. I was never contacted nor assigned another attorney. After texting and calling for months his son finally reached out to tell me he had passed less then 2 weeks before my final court date. How incredibly unprofessional and disappointing. I was told by the receptionist(possibly a paralegal) that she would have another attorney contact me and no one ever did, she said my case was “closed” back in March of last year and this is something “new” how is a status check involving the exact same case something new? I put myself under a lot of financial stress, paying $3500 and was given little to no counsel or help with anything. Paperwork that was supposed to be sent to my lawyers office was sent to my home for a diversion program and after I repeatedly inquired about the time frame in which I needed to get things done was told I needed to “Relax” until he received the paperwork I tried to explain to him I already had which almost caused me to violate my terms of the diversion program. The only reason I gave any stars is because after almost 3 months he was finally able to get my alcohol monitor removed, otherwise I having nothing good to say about this experience. I feel incredibly taken advantage of and disrespected. Borderline a waste of money and now I’m stuck dealing with my final court date without a lawyer that I paid for. If I hadn’t been on top of everything myself I would have wound up back in jail if it was up to these people. Pretty sad that this firm completely neglected Mr. Kenny’s clients after his passing. Thank you for next to nothing.

Amazing law firm! Always quick to respond. These lawyers are respected by all of the judges and will fight for you! I had to check myself into jail and my previous lawyer told me that he couldn’t get me on the court calendar until after I checked myself in and I would sit in jail for a week, but I switched lawyers and David Perry made a phone call and got me on the court calendar before I checked myself in and made the process very smooth. I was also terminated from probation early. Thank you!
