I was involved in an automobile vs bicycle hit and run accident. Jim and his paralegal, Judi, whom was assigned my case, were very on top of things. I received daily/weekly communication by email(my preference choice). The case was settled technically with 8 weeks of my accident by my car insurance, but due to medical treatments and billing being adjusted, I received money 8 months later. I dealt with Judi 99% of the time. When Jim told me she would be incredibly efficient and very on top of things, he was not kidding! It was an outstanding experience and I will not hesitate using them again if the need arises.
