Was there for a house closing, very professional and comfortable. Fran, the receptionist was very attentative and very kind made the process and wait easy worth my time. Highly recommend if you're looking for a friendly and reliable firm.

Read your contact thoroughly. If it's not in the contract, and they promise it to you -- it won't happen. The legal aide shook me down for upfront payment, so Ms. Sullivan could demand payment for a breach of contract/property theft exceeding $50k in value. After 5 months of doing nothing, she used my existing research to tell me what I already knew -- someone else had my property. Then she told me since the accused didn't respond, she's just going to drop me. Apparently lawyers with parents who are lawyers escape any level of moral accountability. Caveat emptor, victims. They'll just re-traumatize you.

Excellent service was provided by Gary Lyons, Mr Sullivan and staff. When I contacted the office to report the death of a family member, I received courteous and prompt service. As a clent, I received accurate advice and help with completing the paperwork for the estate correctly. In addition, Gary's staff solved a problem I encountered with cashing checks made payable to the decedent's estate. Mr. Sullivan reviewed documents on my behalf in relation to a concern with care for my family member. The feedback was provided in a timely and empathetic manner. There was a mutual understanding of the circumstances which gave me peace of mind. I highly recommend this law firm.
