I looked around checked reviews for a long while. I highly recommend Suncoast Law Firm. I wish there was an option to give Alvin Foreman and his staff a 100 STAR review. Alvin was easy to talk to throughout the entire bankruptcy process. He was patient, answered all my questions and he also made sure to get all the information that was needed for my case. Alvin Foreman helped me get thru a tough time when I lost my car, IRS issues and a wage garnishment. Alvin also recommended an auto dealership that works with people that have come out of bankruptcy. The dealership put me into a great, great auto that I very much needed at the end of my bankruptcy. Suncoast law firm also makes it affordable with the payment plans and the process is smooth. Unfortunately, I had a bad experience. The initial consultation with Mrs. McDonald went well enough. But her assistant/husband was awful. His correspondence was slow and he was condescending. The final straw was when he told me to "get creative" when I asked for help figuring out a way to get tax transcripts from an ex. I found another lawyer which made me realize how bad this experience was. If you're on the fence wondering, I'd look elsewhere.
