I engaged Arvanitakis Law Group to assist in the creation of a residential lease document. I can say that Dina and her team are a pleasure to work with. Dina brought ideas and examples, based on her many years of experience, that I had never considered. Previously I was using an example that I had found online, but the new document covers many more legal matters and ensures the best interests of both the landlord and the tenant. Had I relied on the publicly available examples, I would have been open to all sorts of legal headaches which those documents did not address. She set expectations as to the delivery date of this document and exceeded them. She is highly responsive and answered all of my questions, while also including citations for the appropriate state laws. I will definitely return to her for any additional legal needs for Real Estate or Estate Planning law!

I would give 3.5 to 4 stars. Alvin was great to deal with. He seemed very competent and knowledgeable. Explains things well. My only issue was he was hard to get through to and didn't respond very quickly usually took 3 or 4 tries before we would hear from him. would I recommend him -- Yes but would let them know about slow communications
