I scheduled a free consultation with Alvin on a Saturday. He called me promptly on time and then proceeded to spend an hour on the phone with me answering all my questions and going over potential scenarios and what they would provide. Alvin was definitely most kind and based on my experience I would give him high marks, which I did. I own a business and we have over 125 five star reviews, however we also have three 2 star reviews. My point is people leave reviews based on their experience. Sometimes they only provide one side of the story, because they're upset. Everyone deserves a chance.
