I found Mr. Foreman from Suncoast Law Office to be very attentive to my questions and concerns during our telephone conference. He listened attentively and offered what I felt to be sound advice, pertinent to my family situation. He is very knowledgeable of bankruptcy law and I will certainly retain he and his firm should the need arise. I would highly recommend Mr. Foreman to anyone considering bankruptcy. His fees seem very fair and I feel I would be getting very good representation.

This guy was so helpful and VERY INFORMATIVE! In my case since my debt is a lot I could do everything myself and save some money. Very honest and understanding! If I ever do need to file for bankruptcy, this is where I would go!

It was hard to get in touch with Mr. Foreman at first, but when I finally did the conversation was well worth the wait. I had a pressing question about creditors and property liens, and got some great advice on how to proceed. He spent more time talking with me than I thought he would. Mr. Foreman was cheerful, courteous, compassionate, intelligent and a very good listener as reflected by his responses and explanations. I felt so much better after our conversation.

DINA is a fantastic Attorney. She setup all the paperwork for LLC and lease for my rental property. Very thorough. She was there to answer all my questions in a helpful and professional manner. I enjoyed the interaction while putting together this project. I shall consult Dina for all my future legal matters.

Unfortunately, I had a bad experience. The initial consultation with Mrs. McDonald went well enough. But her assistant/husband was awful. His correspondence was slow and he was condescending. The final straw was when he told me to "get creative" when I asked for help figuring out a way to get tax transcripts from an ex. I found another lawyer which made me realize how bad this experience was. If you're on the fence wondering, I'd look elsewhere.

I engaged Arvanitakis Law Group to assist in the creation of a residential lease document. I can say that Dina and her team are a pleasure to work with. Dina brought ideas and examples, based on her many years of experience, that I had never considered. Previously I was using an example that I had found online, but the new document covers many more legal matters and ensures the best interests of both the landlord and the tenant. Had I relied on the publicly available examples, I would have been open to all sorts of legal headaches which those documents did not address. She set expectations as to the delivery date of this document and exceeded them. She is highly responsive and answered all of my questions, while also including citations for the appropriate state laws. I will definitely return to her for any additional legal needs for Real Estate or Estate Planning law!
