Alvin Foreman made a confusing and scary decision very simple and understandable. I had initially contacted another bankruptcy attorney who made me feel uneasy and wasn't interested in answering my questions unless I put a hefty retainer down. I had explained that I was out of work and could only afford a certain amount of money and they were not at all understanding so I looked into other options and luckily found Mr. Foreman. Alvin is very thorough and was empathetic to my personal situation and he spoke to me for hours on our initial consultation. He's very personable and has a way about him that just calms your nerves and let's you know that he's trustworthy, so I chose to work with him. Admittedly, due to my personal situation, my case took a bit longer to finalize than originally anticipated but nonetheless, he made the process as simple as possible; he always emailed and called when I set up phone appointments, and even went out of his way to offer cheaper options and put himself out there to front mailing costs to the treasurer for me with a promise to repay. I'm just in awe of how caring and honorable Mr. Foreman is and even now, after my case has been discharged, he continues to keep in touch and answer additional questions. I highly recommend Alvin Foreman at Suncoast Law. He is a blessing and definitely someone you want working with you! Thanks to him, this older single mom is able to start fresh, finish college and begin working on a career she's been putting on hold for nearly 10 years. I can't thank him enough!!
