On September 8, 2019 I had a trip and fall in an area Hotel. I broke my shoulder in 2 places and fractured my left knee. I had been in Clearwater for 2 days when this happened. My husband and I had driven across country from California as we had decided to retire to the east coast where both of us had been born and raised. Neither one of us knew a soul and I was in excruciating pain. The following day I found a chiropractor. The chiropractor knew Jim Magazine and called him at once. Jim was nice enough to come to our apartment the very next day. From our first interview to the day my law suit was settled, Jim and his staff guided me through every step necessary including the different medical doctors I needed to see in order to get the best care. I am so grateful to Jim, Marianne, Lisa and the rest of his staff for their patience, support and compassion. I would highly recommend Jim Magazine as an attorney. The case took 3 1/2 years to settle because of the pandemic , however, it was well worth the time it took for the case to settle.

Ben, worked our cased against the insurance company, to get a fair settlement for our home damage, which was an insulting offer from them. In a short time, he had the offer to settle the claim. He came to us with an offer that put big smiles on our faces. WHAT A GREAT JOB THESE GUYS DID FOR US. MANY THANKS TO BEN, AND THE GROUP. Dam wish I had someone else to sue. ha, ha.
