Hello everyone hope this information will help ease your mind in troubled times. I was in a wreck at work last year and after the hit and smoke cleared I was lost and confused on what to do next. I was hit at work so I had all trust in my company to take care of me after the fact. Well as we all know/ come to find out work comp in FL is the 2nd worst in the US not far behind Texas. After missing vist after vist because of miss handling with paper work i felt like I couldn't win. I wasnt getting the treatment I needed and come to find out I had head injuries as well. I NEEDED HELP just by luck and having a small conversion with a wonderful guy named Adam Talley he brought me in the office laid everything out in front of me so nothing was hidden. What stood out the most is he wanted to meet me in person. Wow what a shock that was after the 100s of lawyers just asking me to sign a esign sheet i knew he was the one for me. It didn't stop there as you may know you go through some hard times fighting these insurance companies loss wages, loss time at home but just a huge pain to get answers. I felt like a outcast at my own job people stop talking to me questions go unanswered like you where the one who hit them. Walking into PT or a checkup you hear the common term WC is in when you hear that besides your name you know they are not there for you. But this voice on the other end of the phone just kept me at ease with just the tenderness in her voice and reminding me that I was Evan and she was hear for me. She wore a shield for me and made the deaf toned Companies hear again Miss Stephanie I can't thank you enough and I still owe you those flowers you simply saved me from losing my mind. To wrap this up Thankyou, thanks to each and everyone of you the simple call to pray with me or just to check up let me know I didn't have to fight this alone. I just got done with an Injury Lawsuit and I used Scott Marshall Injury Attorneys. Attorney Marshall was fantastic throughout the entire process as well as my case manager Judi Ware.
