Royce and his staff made me feel like I was a friend as a very first meeting. A major tragedy happened to my life. I didn't fully understand what was going to happen in the future. Royce and his staff reassured everything was going to be okay and they will take care of matters that I was entitled to.. We went through several steps of this process.
