I just got done with an Injury Lawsuit and I used Scott Marshall Injury Attorneys. Attorney Marshall was fantastic throughout the entire process as well as my case manager Judi Ware. After being hit by a car while riding my bicycle in a crosswalk I originally reached out to Jim Dodson “The Florida Bike Guy” and he highly recommended Scott Marshall since he wasn’t taking on as many cases as he used too. In my original consultation with Attorney Marshall he said to just focus on getting better and my medical bills would be taken care of and I should receive some money for my pain, suffering and loss of work as well and he definitely delivered. The entire process of being in an injury is difficult, confusing, long and arduous. At first I was honestly thinking of trying to go about it on my own which would have been a HUGE mistake. If you’ve been in an accident where an injury arises YOU NEED AN ATTORNEY! Insurance companies are filled with people who will try absolutely anything they can to give you the least amount of money possible and not deliver on what you truly deserve.
