With whom this concerns: Legal representation is something that is an extremely personal experience whereby you are asked to extend total trust in another, generally unknown to you, for a guaranteed fee which will be received irrespective of outcome. At the very least, the proposition is frightening. Now add to that the fact that you have been compromised in some sort of injurious accident that has left you physically, financially and emotionally compromised. Seems like a highly unfavorable scenario. I can assure you that it feels that way up and until you are greeted by Katy Neal and her team of associates. Empathy, kindness, genuineness, understanding of your limitations, and an amazing drive to see to it that you are treated fairly, with dignity and respect are hallmarks of her practice. Unlike many attorneys that simply push you off on to their paralegals, Katy is readily available and returns every correspondence or call in an exceptionally timely manner. After she has seen to it that you receive appropriate medical attention, rehabilitation, and are on the road to maximum medical improvement, she begins her full on frontal assault of the insurance carriers. To suggest that insurance carriers have made things extremely adversarial is understated. Her aggressive representation is relentless. She is not satisfied until she has recovered every possible cent available to you and negotiated your medical bills down to a level of reasonableness that seemed improbable. I know all of this about Katy because I was involved in two seperate, not at fault, MVA's on 10/22/2013 and again on 9/16/2015. In 2013, I was hit and significantly injured by a driver that ran a red light and in 2015 I was hit by a wrong way driver resulting in a vicious roll-over accident pinning me upside down for 40 minutes. Both major traumas landed me in Tampa General Hospital and shortly thereafter under Katy Neal's watchful eye. Katherine was very helpful and empathetic towards my case. Katherine Neal and her office provided the absolute best service imaginable. I hired Katherine last April 2013, following an accident , where I was struck to the ground by a flying (airborne) vendor tent that was picked up by the gusting wind, because it was not anchored.
